April 18, 2022/122 Trucking empty at US FOODS. Perth Amboy to Hatfield, PA

After getting empty in Perth Amboy New Jersey, I deadhead to Hatfield, Pennsylvania to load at Americold. I was assigned to door 7. Meantime, while i wait to get Loaded, i do some cooking on the George Forman Grill mini. I am cooking a 1 week old Pork chops that has been meriting in my fridge for over a week.
