Shitake & brown button mushrooms🍄100g each
1 tbsp olive oil
2 shallots🌰, finely chopped
1/2 garlic, finely chopped
Thyme
Pepper
Salt
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp chicken liver pate with cognac
Good whiskey🥃

Cling Wrap
Prosciutto di parma🥓
Frozen pastry
Egg yolk🍳
Salt

*Roast in the oven at 200dc for 45mins
