Van Life in Colorado | Snow in Grand Junction

Our Espar S2D2 Heater is the ONLY Reason We Survived Snow in our Self Converted Sprinter Van in the Deserts of Colorado!

With a storm on approach, we hunted for THE perfect boondocking camp spot above Grand Junction, CO to wait on the storm and enjoy incredible views of a snow covered desert. Well, we found exactly that just above the Lunch Loop Mountain Bike Trails!

Since we are from Southern California, snow is an uncommon occurrence and we both have seen snow fall in little amounts only a handful of times. Well, snow fell on us, and it fell for a long time! We awoke to a literal perfect winter wonderland... Just find our for yourself :)
