Gourmet Breakfast Burrito with Spam

Breakfast Burritos are easy to make, and this SPAM burrito is amazing.

Ingredients for this Gourmet Spam burrito are:

• Hash brown rectangles
• One can of SPAM
• 5 pieces of the cheese of your choice
• 5 eggs scrambled
• 5 large flour tortillas
• Olive oil
• 4 Tbl of butter

Directions for making this Spam breakfast burrito:

Bake the hash browns per the instructions. Slice the spam into 5 equal pieces and fry on each side for about 4 minutes per side then set aside.
Fry the eggs until done and use the top of the Spam can to cut Spam can sized egg pieces.
Place the Spam, hashbrowns, cheese and eggs into individual stacks.
Place each stack onto the middle of the flour tortilla and wrap.
Fry the spam burritos on each side until lightly browned. About 1 – 2 minutes per side.
