Ford 6.4 Powerstroke diesel popping engine noise.
When the 6.4 has too many frequent regens from lack of oil changes, internal leak or non complete regens. The oil will become contaminated with fuel and allow premature wear the rocker arms. This causes a popping noise esp in the air filter/intake.
