4 bit up counter
A circuit that can count binary numbers from 0-15 using J-K flip flop 74ls109 IC
74ls76 and 74ls73 IC can also be used by tying the j and k input together without attaching an inverter to the k input.
LEDs are used to indicate the binaries, when the LED comes on it indicate 1 and when it goes off it indicate 0. This circuit is used to practically demonstrate the theoretical designs of counter done in the class room.
