Borracho Beans Recipe
3lb Dry Pinto Beans
1/2lb Bacon
8C water
1/2C onion
6 cloves garlic
1 jalapeno / chopped
1 1/2 TBSP cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chili powder
When beans are soft, stir in rotel, cilantro, salt and pepper to taste
