The ways to price IT services have changed over the past 30 years. We started out as break/fix repair shops and IT consultants charging hourly. Now we have fully managed services and virtual CIO engagements. The current environment has characteristics of break/fix to fully managed and everything in between. In addition there are multiple ways to price those.

All Things MSP is a community for managed IT service providers, IT service providers and independent computer repair people who want to grow their businesses and share best practices.
