Dana White considers Max Holloway an 'all-time great' after UFC 231 | ESPN MMA

UFC president Dana White doesn’t hesitate in saying that the featherweight championship bout between Brian Ortega and Max Holloway was one of the best. He comments on Holloway’s health and the precautions taken to ensure that he met all medical requirements ahead of UFC 231 then dives into Holloway’s potential at 155. White also talks about the co-main event in which Valentina Shevchenko topped Joanna Jedrzejczyk to win the flyweight belt, saying that Jedrzejczyk’s passion for the sport is undeniable and should take a break before deciding what her next move is. The UFC president also talks briefly about the light heavyweight matchup between Jimi Manuwa and Thiago Santos, saying it had “fight of the night” written all over it before the main event.
