The Biggest Bunker in Normandy - Last Sea Eagle.

The Brulay battery, is located less than 7km from the end of the harbor of Cherbourg, to the East.

Built from 1936 until 1938 by the French it would have had 4 194 mm guns. M1902 from decommissioned WWI French warships.
these were intended to block the road to any naval attack, as well as the defense of the Maupertus airfield.
This would all be controlled by a OP that would have had telemeters on three levels.

During the German occupation it was integrated into the German Atlantic wall.
