SKYTEX Heavy Webbing Tape Needle Loom HW 2/255 are special design, to make heavy webbing tape as sling belt, racing belt, safety harness..etc.

Machine main body, made by carbon steel with high strength construction, and high precision machine parts, it can make high density and stiffly belt.
Machine feature:
1) Weaving system with catch thread locking thread for making strong weaving edge.
2) Strong shedding frame with two side support for heavy loading of warp tension.
3) Strong chain link repeat with steel pin inserted assembling, for heavy loading of shedding lever
4) Special AL, alloy made reed holder for high strength tape beating
5) Machine attached with strong 3 knurl steel roller for heavy take off
6) Special warp tension release roll device to control each warp beating.
7) Machine equipped with 3 shafting balance frame to provide strong drive power to run heavy load of machine.
