I TRIED TO BE A KARDASHIAN FOR A DAY (sorry digestive system)

HI FRIENDS, in this video I endured a day of trying to be a Kardashian, and by that I mean both their diet but also the shit they advertise. We talking waist trainers, detox teas, meal replacements and ALL THAT FUN STUFF :)

THE KARDASHIAN STYLE WORKOUT:
HIIT 10 mins on treadmill (30 seconds sprint 30 seconds off)
Resistant Band warm up;
- glute bridges
-walking squats
- kickbacks
-side kicks
(10 reps of each and repeat whole circuit 3 times)
Superset (x3):
-straight leg deadlifts (16)
-sit down squats (16)
Superset (x3):
-walking lunges (10)
-jump squats (10)

Bulgarian split squats (10x3)
Weighted squats (5x5)
