In today’s video i am going to share with you information about Triglycerides, triglycerides are fat which is essential for our body, once we eat food we get energy and extra energy is converted into triglycerides and store it is our fatty cells, when we need energy that triglycerides which store in fatty cells will break down, and through that we will get energy.
Why high triglycerides are not good for health?
It is good if triglycerides level in the normal range, so heart risk will reduce.
How to reduce Triglycerides?
The best way to reduce Triglycerides
1-Reduce weight (If you are overweight)
2-Limit your sugar intake
3-Eat fiber rich food
4-Eat omega 3 rich food
5-Regulr exercise
6-Limit oil intake
Follow these tips with healthy diet and avoid smoking, avoid alcohol and reduce your stress level this helps to reduce triglycerides.
