Sarah H. Finn, MD - Obesity Medicine Specialist at Dartmouth Health Weight Center
Sarah Finn, MD, is a board-certified obesity medicine specialist and Interim Section Chief of Obesity Medicine at the Dartmouth Health Weight Center. She is dedicated to treating obesity as a complex, chronic disease influenced by genetics, biology, and environment—not as a personal failure. With a compassionate, patient-centered approach, Dr. Finn provides comprehensive care that includes lifestyle counseling, FDA-approved medications, and endoscopic or surgical interventions when appropriate. Her goal is to improve overall health, not just achieve weight loss. As part of a multidisciplinary team at Dartmouth Health, Dr. Finn works to ensure that patients receive stigma-free, evidence-based support tailored to their individual needs, helping them manage obesity and enhance their quality of life.
