Trains traffic on a Thursday afternoon at Atwerpen Berchem station. Here you can see a lot of passengers trains, such as commuters', IC's, dutch IC's, Thalys and Eurostar. Also a lot of cargo trains can be seen there, not only those which come from Germany, but from France and Belgium too. Most of this trains are leading to Antwerpen Harbour or Netherlands. An interesting thing I've been told from some trainspotters is that Eurostar trains are bringing passengers from England to Belgium / Netherlands without problemas, but not from Belgium / Netherlands to England. These passengers have to get down the train at Lille (France) for the passport and security control, because of the absence of the proper infrastructure, such as airports', at the Amsterdam station.
