The bamlanivimab covered by this authorization will be used only by healthcare providers to treat milk to moderate COVID-19 in adults and pediatric patients with positive results of direct SARS-CoV-2 viral testing who are 12 years of age and older weighing at least 40 kg, and who are at high risk for progressing to severe COVID-19 and/or hospitalization.

This EUA is for the use of the unapproved products, casirivimab and imdevimab, to be administered together for the treatment of mild to moderate COVID-19 in adults and pediatric patients (12 years of age and older weighing at least 40kg) with positive results of direct SARS-CoV-2 viral testing, and who are at high risk of progressing to severe COVID-19 and/or hospitalization [see Limitations of Authorized Use].
