Here's what you need:
5 russets potatoes
salt
2 tbsp oil
cold water and ice

1- Cut the potatoes and soak them for 20 minutes in the water with ice .
2- Drained the potatoes and pat dry to remove the excess water.
3- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Add a little bit of oil ( about 1/2 tsp)and spread.Finally arrange the fries in the tray and bake at 380F for 40 minutes flipping once halfway.
