Seoul City to replace 'I SEOUL U' slogan with catchier, more appealing one

Seoul City is poised to replace its seven-year-old slogan "I SEOUL U".

The slogan has reportedly failed to appeal to the public especially non-Koreans.
A survey by city officials in June revealed that over 70-percent of foreign visitors supported a change in slogan.
Accordingly a panel of branding experts will come up with 3 to 5 slogans by October to be put u. for a public vote.
The panel will make a decision after taking into account the results of that vote AND the new slogan will be unveiled in December and used from next year.
