This is made in west bengal on occasion of makar sankranti. The fillings do vary . I have made an easy one as per ingredients available.

Ingredients
For making crepes
Maida 1 cup
Sugar 2 tablespoon
Salt optional a pinch
Rice flour 2 tablespoons
Suji 2 tablespoon
Ghee to fry the crepes
Water
Add all above ingredients except oil and make a batter similar to that of a dosa and keep aside
For filling
Coconut powder 1 cup
Grated jaggery 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Cardamom powdered 2
Cinnamon powdered a bit
Saunf crushed 1 teaspoon
Ghee 2 tablespoon
