Prototype OLED display on Chinese diesel heater

Making good progress with an ESP32 connected to the "blue wire interface" of a Chinese diesel heater.

OLED is currently attached using SPI, but will look at an I2C version soon. This will free up touch inputs which is the next area to investigate.

Bluetooth connectivity is via a HC-05.
Despite the ESP32 having Bluetooth inbuilt there is a kernel issue at the moment causing random core panics in presumably the Bluetooth ISR making the application reboot randomly.

So all 3 serial ports are being used:
1 - USB debug to PC
2 - Blue wire to diesel heater
3 - HC-05 Bluetooth module.

A one-wire Dallas DS18B20 is being used for temperature sensing.
