How do you make CHEESY beef and rice casserole? Well first you get some ground beef and vegetables, brown them all , then pour in rice and broth. I made this in my Ninja Foodie but you can make this in an Instant Pot or any pressure cooker or on your stove in a Dutch oven.

This is a great budget recipe because you can use very little meat and add lots of your favorite vegetables. Rice is a great, inexpensive ingredient to keep in the pantry.
