Our first 500g Water Tank Installation

We can now haul 100 gallons of water up to the property every time we head up, with our portable 100g tank. So this weekend we set in place the 500 gallon tank and then plumbed it down the hill to a water spigot so we have our first running usable water on-site. This will be great for a our next project of a small temporary bath house.

We plan to take 100 gallons up and pump it into the larger tank the next few trips, then we should only have to top it off every so often after that.

This is a temporary setup until we get our full water catchment system in place.

The project went great and pumping water from tank to tank worked far better then we'd expected it would.
