Watch the latest video from #TAKUMI on gear skiving with the #5axiscnc UR1000 . Instead of the traditional ways of using separate machines for gear skiving, this machine is capable of manufacturing the same process but only on one machine, the UR1000.

The machine has a motorised Italian swivel head spindle on a robust double column frame, the highly flexible UR1000 is available with a 1400 mm C-axis rotary table. For more flexibility the machine is also available with a combination of flat and rotary tables, or a 1600 x 1000 mm flat rectangular table.
