Meet Atty. Enrique Buko Dela Cruz, the dynamic Dean of the Baliuag University College of Law

Dean Buko specializes in litigation, arbitration, data privacy, Fintech, government contracts, and corporate compliance. He is a Senior Partner and Data Protection Officer at DivinaLaw, and teaches at UST and UP.

A Chevening Scholar and Harvard-trained public policy expert, he holds multiple advanced degrees in law and public management from top institutions in the Philippines, UK, and Singapore.
