Governor Moore Announces ENOUGH Awards to Address Poverty in Maryland

This morning, I'm proud to join the Governor's Office for Children at Buck Lodge Middle School in Adelphi to announce the first cohort of grant awardees for the ENOUGH Act – our first in the nation place-based investment strategy to address concentrated poverty.
