Here you go procom! You didn't respond to this private video, my emails or what I filled out on your website. When I did finally get through to your tech support, your guy in Orlando HUNG UP ON ME!

Heater is less than 1 month old and refuses to stay lit due to poor thermocouple design and cheap chinese parts. Talked to procom and when the guy on the other end figured out I'm not your typical bozo, he hung up on me. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you buy from these guys, just be aware you are buying cheap, not quality. Never leave one of these running unattended and do not run one INSIDE your home.

UPDATE: After grinding the tabs off the t-couple, I was able to raise it a little higher into the flame and it will stay running now. It pours out the heat and is cheap to run. Still wouldn't buy another one.
