हाजीपुर, बिहार | अमन कुमार, जिनकी कहानी अपनी पत्नी के खिलाफ परिवार को छोड़ने की शिकायत दर्ज कराने के कारण ऑनलाइन वायरल हो रही है, कहते हैं, "मेरी शादी 2013 में गुंजन कुमारी से हुई थी। यह शादी उसके मामा ने तय की थी... शादी के समय उसने इंटरमीडिएट पास कर लिया था। अच्छे नंबरों की वजह से उसने कहा कि वह आगे पढ़ना चाहती है। इसलिए मैंने उसकी पढ़ाई जारी रखने में मदद की। मेरे पिता ने भी इसमें उसका साथ दिया... मैंने इंटरमीडिएट के बाद उसकी पढ़ाई पूरी करने में उसकी पूरी मदद की, जैसा उसने कहा था... मैंने दिन-रात कड़ी मेहनत की ताकि मैं उसे वह सब कुछ दे सकूँ जो मैं दे सकता था। ज़रूरत पड़ने पर मैंने ज़मीन का एक टुकड़ा भी बेच दिया... एक साल से कोर्ट में केस चल रहा है... इधर-उधर छानबीन करने के बाद मुझे पता चला कि वह एक आदमी के साथ रह रही थी। 23 मई को शाम 4:30 बजे मुझे पता चला कि उस आदमी की कार देखी गई है। मैं वहाँ गया, कार का वीडियो बनाया, और फिर दरवाज़ा खोला। मैंने उसे उस हालत में पाया जो एक पति-पत्नी के बीच होती है। फिर मैंने अचानक दरवाज़ा बंद कर दिया। जब मकान मालिक आया, तो उसने मेरा मोबाइल फ़ोन छीन लिया। मैंने पहले ही 112 डायल कर दिया था। उसने मुझे जान से मारने की धमकी भी दी... उसने उस आदमी को भी बाहर निकाल दिया। मैं उस सड़क के कोने पर खड़ा हो गया जो उस घर से निकलती है। जब वह आदमी अपनी कार लेकर कोने पर आया, तो मैंने उसे रोका और पूछा कि वह वहाँ क्या कर रहा था। वह आदमी हिंसक होने लगा। उसके बाद, मेरी पत्नी पीछे से चप्पल लेकर आई... हमारी शादी नवंबर 2013 में हुई थी, और उसे 2024 में नौकरी मिली... उस आदमी का नाम प्रेम प्रकाश जायसवाल है। वह उसका स्कूल का दोस्त है... पहले, मैं चाहता था कि मेरा परिवार मेरे पास वापस आ जाए... लेकिन 23 मई की घटना देखने के बाद, मैं कोर्ट से गुज़ारिश करता हूँ कि मुझे उससे मुक्ति दिला दे। उसके साथ एक और दिन बिताना मेरे लिए मुश्किल होगा। हमारा सिर्फ़ एक बच्चा है। उसकी पढ़ाई की वजह से हमने दूसरा बच्चा पैदा नहीं किया। मेरा बच्चा 10 साल का है..."

The marriage was arranged by her maternal uncle... She had passed the intermediate level at the time of marriage. Because of good marks, she said that she wanted to study further. So I helped her continue her education. My father also supported her in this... I helped her completely to get her education after the intermediate level, just as she said... I worked hard day and night to provide whatever I could. I even sold a piece of land when it was necessary... A case has been going on in court for a year... After investigating here and there, I found out that she was staying with a man. On May 23, at 4.30 pm, I got to know that the man's car had been spotted. I went there, took a video of the car, and then opened the gate. I found her in the condition a husband and wife share. Then I closed the gate all of a sudden. When the landlord came, he snatched my mobile phone. I had already dialled 112. He even threatened to kill me... He threw out the man, too. I stood at the corner of the road that leads from that house. When the man came to the corner with his car, I stopped him and asked what he was doing there. The man started getting violent. After that, my wife came from behind with slippers... We got married in November 2013, and she got a job in 2024... That man's name is Prem Prakash Jaiswal. He is her school friend... Earlier, I wanted my family back... But after seeing the incident on May 23, I request the Court to relieve me of her. It would be difficult for me to spend another day with her. We just have one child. We did not conceive another child because of her studies. My child is 10 years old..."
