Earthquake proof building model on shake table

At STEM conferences in 04 November 2017, Romania National Institute for Earth Physics organised a mobile exposition called MOBEE where people from across the world were invited to present different projects, workshops and solutions.

Here, a Seismic Engineer from Bristol grouped the auditory in a few teams, each of them had to build a 4 story building using wood sticks, glue and strings, which had to be able to support weights of 3 Kg without collapsing on the shake table.

My team was the last one and it won the competition alongside with a good laugh too
