Recipe gulab jamun recipe
1. Take bread remove its edges and add 2-3 tbsp of milk powder, 4-5 tbsp of milk.
2. Make a dough of the mixture.
3. Give the spherical small balls shape to the dough.
4. Fry the balls at medium flame.
5. Now for chashni, add 1/2 litre water + 1 small size bowl sugar and 2-3 elaichi.
6. Keep the fried balls in the chashni for 3 to 4 hours.
7. Your bread Gulab jamun is ready, serve them by sprinkling dry fruits. Enjoy 😊
