Biden’s ‘plan to pack the Supreme Court’ hidden in refusal to answer media questions

Sky News host Rita Panahi says Joe Biden and running mate Kamala Harris are “steadfastly refusing to answer key questions” over whether they will pack the Supreme Court if they win the election.

Ms Panahi said Joe Biden was allowed to “dodge the question at the first presidential debate”

He later avoided the same question by saying “that’s a great question and I don’t blame you for asking, but the moment I answer that question the headline in every one of your papers will be about that”.

“I think we just got our answer there,” Ms Panahi said.

“Why would Biden's answer be the headline of every paper unless he plans to pack the court”.

“The Supreme court has had nine justices for more than 150 years so yes it'll be newsworthy if the man who is the favourite to win the election is about to change the rules to appease the far left factions that now run his party”.

Ms Panahi pointed out in the Vice-Presidential debate, Kamala Harris refused to answer the question despite saying on record “she’s open to packing the courts”.
