Exercises for Elbow Tendonitis

Performance rock climbing coach, Robin O'Leary, demonstrates how to treat both Tennis and Golfer's Elbow using the Thera-Band Flexbar for his article about Injury Management and Prevention on UKClimbing.com. (Co-written by Nina Leonfellner - physiotherapist).

The first demonstration looks at Lateral Epicondylitis, or Tennis elbow - highlighting how to use the Flexbar and that you should be performing 15 reps for 3 sets between 3 and 5 times per week.
The second demonstration looks at Medial Epicondylitis (or Golfer's elbow) and also discusses form and how to perform.
