Snapmaker U1 3D printer having Filament Anomaly error code: 0002-0523-0003-0000 fresh out the box.

Im doing my 1st print with this unit. I have been using a Creality K2 Plus. Love that machine. This one, I want to love, but fresh out the box with issues. Customer service is super slow and non responsive. at this point im ready to sell this thing or get a refund. I've tried the trouble shooting, making sure the connection is correct and secure, and nothing is workings. print has been stuck for over 24 hours, with no solution in sight. Sad camper over here. wish Snapmaker would snap to it!
