We've got a 1994 Land Cruiser in today with code 25 and code 26. I've ruled out the basics and thought I'd show how I make certain it is the oxygen sensor and which one. This should work for any of the early OBD Toyotas. The pre OBD2 trucks have super limited live data on the factory scan tool (if it even pulls it up), so a scope makes it easier to "see" what's going on with various sensors.
