Removing the seat from a 2000 Honda Odyssey

I needed to remove the dring holder tray from in between the front seats of our Odyssey ans wasn't finding any information online on how to do this. So I just dove in and figured it out. And I'm sharing this in case ht helps others.

This would help anyone who needs to remove the front 2 seats for any reason.
