Building new door panels for the Audiopipe Blazer Pt. 1

As you all know who follow me last years door panels I did for the rebuild were............... you know................. not the greatest! I had problem after problem with them from resin not curing properly, sanding problems, finishing problems, and then............. installation! They didn't fit properly and ended up hitting the seats! Because of this I couldn't put all 4 8" neo mids in each door! I didn't have time to do anything about it as it was crunch time for Slamology and the rest of the season.

Well it's a new year, and a new season! So it's time to retry this and build some doors that not only function better, but just look better overall. Oh yeah and fit as well! So I got some new panels, and a new plan, so let's see what I can do! Check it out, you may just learn something, I know I keep learning during all this!
