How Amar Made $4,000/month as a Beginner on Medium in July 2020

How beginners can make money on Medium is one of THE most frequently asked questions I get. That's why I was so excited when Amar (Amardeep Parmar on Medium, https://amardeep.medium.com/) agreed to be interviewed live to tell his story of how he went from starting from scratch in January 2020 to earning over $4,000 in July 2020.

What most intrigues me about his advice is that he breaks all the "rules" we think we know about doing well. He doesn't publish every day, he's fully dedicated to his day job, and he has managed to get hits pretty consistently. He trends away from listicles, which tend to be the biggest earners on Medium, and he doesn't spend a lot of time reading or commenting on Medium.
