Adobo has always been connected to Filipinos..and of course, the famous isaw is one of the favorites of all time. Whether you want to serve it as a snack or ulam, you can'y go wrong with it.
Here i my version of adobong isaw ng baboy. Hope you like it!

Ingredient:
for Boiling
1 kg Isaw ng Baboy, boiled and cut in 1/4 inch
2 tbsp salt
2 bay leaves

for Adobo
3tbsp Oil
1 Medium Sized Onion, Chopped
5 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Vinegar
2 bay leaves
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1/2 tsp black Pepper
1tsp Salt
2 pcs dried chili, cut
