DUTERTE IN ICC: The International Criminal Court's confirmation of charges hearing in the case of former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte continues on Tuesday, February 24. The 4-day hearing will run until February 27. It will determine whether prosecutors have presented enough evidence for the case to proceed to trial.
