Farewell / Au revoir, Cathy Levy

In this special video Cathy Levy talks about her career at the National Arts Centre as Executive Producer of Dance. Over the course of her 22.5 years with the institution, she programmed 23 amazing seasons highlighting the depth and breadth of the world of dance. Cathy reflects on her love of the art form, the Canadian and international dance companies and artists that graced the NAC stages, the privilege of working for the National Arts Centre, the people who inspired her, and the role of the NAC as a leader in the field and a place of experimentation and learning.

Dans cette vidéo toute spéciale, Cathy Levy fait un retour sur sa carrière au Centre national des Arts en tant que productrice générale de Danse CNA. En presque 23 ans de carrière au Centre, elle a programmé 23 saisons extraordinaires mettant en valeur tout le talent des artistes du milieu de la danse. Cathy évoque son amour de la danse, les compagnies et artistes d’ici et d’ailleurs qui ont foulé les scènes du CNA, le privilège de travailler au CNA, les personnes qui l'ont inspirée et le rôle du CNA en tant que chef de file dans le milieu artistique et comme lieu d'expérimentation et d'apprentissage.
