Kicking the Sugar Habit!

- This is by far one of the most challenging things that I've done in my weightloss journey.
- Sugar in its refined grain form is nothing but empty calories with zero nutrition, refraining from it not only helps in weightloss but also helps in reducing the risk of diabetes.
- The tricks that i've mentioned above are all trail and error methods based on my personal research.
-Each body is different, hence the results may vary from person to person.
- Consistency is key. This applies to not just weightloss but pretty much everything else you do in life.
