6 medium or large zucchinis
1 Tbs of salt
Bowl of cooked or raw shrimps
14-16 oz. of diced tomatoes
2-3 Tbs minced garlic
1 Tbs of crushed red pepper (optional)
2-3 Tbs of olive oil or any cooking oil
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
Note: For mild spice - 1 Tbs of crushed red pepper
Adding Red Pepper is highly
recommended! Delicious!
