兩份蛋餅的食材 Ingredients for two servings：

- 兩張墨西哥薄餅
- 一顆小紅蔥頭切粒
- 四隻大雞蛋約兩湯匙煙肉（培根）或者火腿粒
- 數片九層塔
- 兩茶匙帕馬臣芝士碎
- 兩片車打芝士（切達起司）
- 兩湯匙意大利莫薩里拉芝士（可省略）
- 兩湯匙初榨橄欖油

- 2 pieces of tortillas
-1 small shallot (chop)
- 4 large eggs
- about 2 tbsp of bacon or ham (slice)
- a few pieces of basil
- 2 tsp of grated Parmesan
- 2 slices of Cheddar
- 2 tbsp of Mozzarella (Optional)
