Running COD4 on mah Dell M1530.
2.5Ghz 6mb
4GB Ram
320GB HD
8600M GT

With fraps running it sucked down 10 fps, average during non-fappin 30-50. Lowest it falls with fraps on is 20 for a second during the heavy fire near the end of the clip. I left a few apps running in the background too so :p

Dual V-cards & Sync off, one down from max res with dynamic light normal. Everything else on with med body count. Without fraps you could max it all out and it would still run smoothly with mabye slight hesitation during a big gun fight.
