the state of Xiao in 2.7 - is he still worth pulling? | Genshin Impact

Xiao is a 5 star anemo polearm wielder who fills a Hypercarry DPS role in Genshin Impact, a role that usually causes characters to fizzle in and out of meta, but Xiao has special properties to his kit that make him far different than his DPS peers.

Since his last rerun not long ago in patch 2.4, Xiao's seen a number of changes whether directly or indirectly, so today I wanted to discuss where he stands as of 2.7, and how that correlates to his objective worth in this rerun banner.
