*Trying* to Cook Traditional Mexican Food

This week we did a really fun cooking class with Cookin' Cabo. We learned how to pick the right avocados for a good guacamole, what makes a cook tortilla and how to make it puff up when it cookes! We learned how to make my absolute favorite taco, pastor! As well as carnitas, rajas, and plenty of different salsas to go with it all.
