Abandoned Bird Scooter now works like a regular scooter!

I change the board from an abandoned Bird scooter to the original Xiaomi M365 board and it works! Plus I show you how to make it much faster with a way higher top speed (19mph) enjoy!

if you are at 1.4.1 or 1.4.2 you have to downgrade and revert to 1.4.0 first before you can put custom firmware on it. to do this first you need to install this apk: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iIjbVOpYl8Wwhhn_I0Q97PtSrea9KmMN/view?usp=drivesdk

Here's first firmware to install that unlocks you from the bs 141 or 142 versions:
