Bmw 530D 535D M57 M57N Intake Manifold Removal & Swirl Flap Removal/Delete

in this video we delete the swirl flaps which is a common problem on the Diesel engines this procedure goes for all Diesel engines 525D 530D AND 535D excluding the 4 cylinder engines only 6 cylinder engines have this problem and if left unatended will break off and fall into the manifold being sucked into the cylinders causing MAJOR and expensive engine damage that you will have no choice but to get a new engine this is a MUST immediately the moment you purchase a diesel bmw and must be done regardless if the previous owner says THEY MIGHT have been done do not believe it the manifold takes 10 mins max to get off take the 10 mins to check before your car destroys itself thanks to them this procedure also applies to all Bmw E90 E91 E92 with the 325D 330D 335D engines also 635D
