$8 Waterproof & Smudge Proof Concealer | Review & Wear Test

A review of drugstore brand, J. Cat Beauty's Staysurance concealer - they promise this one is waterproof and smudge-proof, hmm! Is it both of those qualities? Is the best drugstore concealer I've ever tried? HMM! I'll let ya know ;)
