Ingredients
1/2 Kg Mota Chawal / 1 Bowl Mota Chawal
1/2 Kg Bolied Beef
1/2 Cup green grams
4 Bowls Yakhni
1 Tsp zeera
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 Tbsp garam Masala
1 tbsp Amchoor
1.5 Tbsp Dhaniya Masala
Salt~ to Taste
Oil 1 Cup + 4 Tbsp( for Tarka)
2 onions
2 Tomatoes paste
