Making sushi is a fun way to spend the evening - and you get to have a sushi feast! It's also a lot cheaper than going to a Japanese restaurant - and you can make your sushi just the way you like it. In this vlog we make vegetarian and fish sushi, with salmon, avocado,
cucumber (kappamaki) and peppers. See which ingredients to get and how to make maki and futomaki rolls, along with edamame and gyoza. All the timings, amounts and instructions are in my sushi recipe comic book (links above).
